I have about 5 or so days until I can order my components and now, I cannot decide which motherboard to buy. I'm going with the i5 3570k, OC'ed to about 4.2 (hopefully using stock voltages :D ) and a Hyper 212 Evo. I'd like to spend less than £120, but if I need to spend more, I can. I've been looking at MSI's range, mostly the GD55 and also the ASrock extreme4. The only negative with the ASrock board is the non-standard ATX size, and the problematic bios? Thanks for any suggestions, I'm really struggling to decide.

Do yourself a favor and get MSI and Asrock out of your head. You're only asking for troubles with stability and durability down the road. Stick wick better brands like Asus and Gigabyte, especially Gigabyte. You'll pay a few more dollars up front, but will be well rewarded with a durable, stable system, especially considering that you are overclocking.

I've heard good things about all manufacturers and some BIOS issues with all boards, that can just be a common issue within the first few months of release. I've also heard, and noted myself, that the ASUS boards require you to hand over a larger amount of cash in order to receive some of the features found on the ASrock and even GD-55. I've heard a lot of people have been happy with both MSI and ASrock boards..
