Hello everyone.

I have this little problem: I cannot choose a motherboard, I just don't know what PCIe is better, what's compatible with what, that , etc.
So I'd like to hear what you'd recommend me :)
Note: this is for gaming, a high-end PC attempt , budget around 2000$-2200$, not going over $2300

I posted this in motherboard, cause this is the piece of equipment that pretty much decides what the other parts are going to be.
This is what I have so far:
-[CPU] i5-3570k or maybe i5-2500k
-[GPU]GainWard nVidia GTX680 Phantom 4GB (or a Sapphire Radeon HD 7970)
-[PSU]Corsair 750W(because I'm planning on doing SLI/CF later)
-[RAM]Corsair 16GB 1600MHz 2x8GB
-[Case]Coolermaster HAF 912/932(hope two GPU cards+the rest fit in, didn't calculate, lol) or NZXT Phantom White or in best case a Corsair Obsidian 800DW OR Antec 902
-[Coolers]GPU&CPU Coolers + Fan ; Also, what coolers would you guys recommend me? :)
-[HDD]500GB 7,200RPM Western Digital
-[Motherboard] I thought of ASRock Extreme3 Gen3, or ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3

Also, what GPU should I get? I mean, between nVidia's GTX680 and Radeon HD 7970? I'm planning on SLI/CF later on, but not now. I also heard that there'll be GTX685 released, or something, having a 30% boost over 680 .
Shall I change/remove/add anything, so I can achieve a better build?
Is the case good enough for SLI/CF configuration? I'm pretty new into this.
Is the PSU good enough? Or is it too much?

Thanks a lot!! (in advance)
