Video Rendering

Hello, I would like to start rendering videos and put them up for youtube. My processer is a Intel Core2Duo T6500 2.1ghz and was wondering how well it would do. Thanks

PS: Want to render in 720p in sony vegas pro.

Your cpu ran as well for rendering but very slow not fast like quad core.

You'll do horrible but since you dont have anything else to compare to you wont know it.

I have the same processor in my laptop and occasionally render with it while at work and dont care how long it takes but my desktop at home is like 8 times faster.

you can get software that uses your graphics gpu to speed it up if you have a decent graphics card

badaboom and cyberlink mediashow espresso for example--these make it much faster for me compared to just the cpu alone using a gtx570

No he can't, thats a laptop processor and he's lucky if he has the GMA X4500HD integrated GPU.

for better performance you should have a decent gpu
