ALTHOUGH 5.1 the over all quality should be better. you notice that they give every spec for em, but hardly give any for number 1. so its more likely to be more gimmic than quality. 40mm nimdims means the sound will be very good.

the reason i wouldnt pick the second is 7.1 surround. which is likely to be compressed so the headphone can simulate audio spacing.
