Random boot failures

I have a ASUS Crosshair II Formula AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard that randomly fails to boot. Resetting the computer once or twice normally allows it to boot up fully, after which everything runs fine.

So far I've swapped in an extra power supply but have only seen the problem increase in frequency upon doing so.

Note: The PS that was swapped in was from another system that is known to work without error. (750 watt SLI, 80% cert PS)

The system memory is fine as I've swapped it around as well.... at this point I'm really concerned for my Motherboard and was wondering if others had this issue and if there was a fix for this short of replacing the board.

to be sure its not the memory, run memcheck a few times.

Just ran Prime95 and Windows Memory Verification Tool, no errors detected.
