ATI Mobility Raedon 5730 issue

Hi all,
I've installed VMWARE (virtual machine) under which i've installed windows server 2008 64 bit, my problem here is my laptop has ati mobility raedon 5730 GPU with 2 GB VRAM, before installing virtual machine all games in my laptop run smoothly, but after installing VMWARE, games are running dead slowly,
i am using windows 7 professional 64 bit os
i've 6GB RAM 1066Mhz

please help me how to run the games normal as before

Are you trying to run them in the virtual machine?

NO, I AM TRYING TO RUN IT ON NORMAL OS (HOST) OPERATING SYSTEM ON WINDOWS 7 ONLY NOT ON VMWARE

Tried reinstalling the drivers?
