Working to a budget for gaming

Sorry if this is wrong place to post but i am currently looking for a new pc, i've been on alot of different custom build sites and 1 i found i do like

My Budget is £700 (i know the 1 below is slightly over)

Intel I5 2500 with xigmatek HDT-S963 cooler
Windows 7 Home Premium
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 motherboard
16GB DDR3 1333mhz (4x 4GB) (i know a few of you are laughing/thinking im crazy but i wish to have alot of RAM as it seems to help with all tasks and i use photoshop/microsoft excel/word/3d modelling programs daily and i feel i will benefit as well as gaming on memory hungry games)
500GB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
ATI Radeon HD 6850 1GB
Zalman Z9 Plus (case)
500W Xigmatek (1 bit im slightly worried about, possibly not powerful enough? the site says the amoutn of power is fine, opinions?)




Price as Customized: £704.59

Is there anything here you would suggest changing? i would like this to be able to last for years to come and hopefully last till i give up gaming

why are you getting the z68 board if u are not utilizing it to is full potential

Is there a big difference between 6850 and 6870? as that would be an extra £19 i think it was on the site i use is it good value
