U can run x16/x8/x8/x8.

U have .

1= x16

2= x16/x16

3= x16/x8/x16

4= x16/x8/x8/x8

4 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16; x16/x16; x16/x8/x16 and x16/x8/x8/x8, red) *1

*1-2 For PCIe 3.0 x16 (X8 mode), PCIEx8_2B(Grey) shares bandwidth with PCIEx8_2A(Red).

It will work fine.

And u will not even know about that,

because the performance loss would be just a few FPS.

In reality, 32 PCIe lanes (GPU-z reads it wrong if in 4-WAY you see x16 on GPU_1) and they're actually running x8/x8/x8/x8 PCIe 3.0 assuming you have: 1. BIOS version that Enables the PCIe 3.0, 2. HD 7000 series, 3. GTX 600 series AND run this ->

^Then it doesn't matter (PhysX).

You can't use a separate card for PhysX. Firmware starting from the HD 4000 series prevents this from working. You won't need it with that much horsepower, anyway.

You can use it as a PhysX just not in CF + PhysX. There are (hacked) drivers that allow it but last I looked aren't kept up to date (old).
