Display comes after Several Restarts

I just got a Wiered kind of problem that my bro has MSI G41M-P26 with C2D E7400 2.8 nd 2 gb Corssair 1333 nd usind builtin graphics card the Problem is that that Whenever i start the Pc the display doesnt come but it seems that the Pc is working behind without display, after 2 or 3 restart the display comes. Require help I have checked the VGA cable but i think the problem is inside the CPU .. can any one tell me how to resolve this issue??

Try another gpu or try your gpu in another pc. Also check psu , sure enough for it ?
