Which is more important: Lower CAS latency or higher clock?

I'm looking at two sets of RAM, one from Crucial and one from G.Skill:

The Crucial model has a lower latency(CL7), but the clock speed is lower than the G.Skill(1333/1600). Which one should I go with?

Get G.skill for 1600Mhz. For gaming, you will few difference latency or speed.
