Old Dim 8200 video card?

I recently was given a computer (dimension t500) it came with a 32mb diamond viper v770d ultra nvidia graphics card and since the card in my moms computer (dimension 8200) has broke i tried to swap them out. in my eyes it should work, they both are AGP 4x? but no picture is showing up. i tested the card in the T500 and it still works properly. am i doing something wrong? will it even work?

check her bios to make sure its set to look at the agp port for video and not onboard.
