Booting troubles

Dont worry everyone i have already seen and done everything in this link - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-boot-video-problems and i still have problems

Turn on 2 seconds then off but comes back on and runs normal NO beeps from speaker and no screen it stays black the whole time.

the problem is i cant see anything screen just stays black!

If i take the battery out and put it back in it does not restart it just stays started but still no screen.
