I have seen situations where the PSU was not good enough to power both cards and so SLi would not enable but you have made no mention of what PSU you are using, also worth noting is that I could not install the latest driver for my 560's until I had updated Windows with the latest patches and updates.

I wonder whay this problem happen
if I change one of GTX580sc with old one 295gtx the SLI enabled in nvidia control panel , but not useful in this case.

GTX580 sc + GTX580 sc no SLI

GTX580 sc + GTX5295 SLI enabled

Something is amiss because a GTX580 and a GTX295 should not be able to run in SLi, it could be time for a fresh install of Windows.

when I install windows there was 2 GTX580sc in the board
so you suggest for me , reinstall windows with one card only

You could try it and then add the second card after you have done all the updates and installed the latest driver.

Was this not a 'clean' install then?

for me all clean install , format hard drive before install.
tonight I will try vista 32 (clean install) and feed back that test here

I mean with "update windows from vista to windows 7 " that I read after searing in google there is many user face the problem after update windows and may that mean changing the windows may help to solve and know where is the problem.

I make vista 32 clean install
yes the SLI work fine and I test it
that mean not hardware problem

I now the problem came with windows 7 64 pro ,, but I dont know now what can do ..

I'm shure now, the ptoblem came with
windows 7 64 with SLI , many many users face like my problem with windows 7
I read that in "windows 7 forum"

Navidia says the problem came from windows 7
and windows 7 says the problem came from nvidia driver
