Need advice on 2.1 speakers

Can anyone tell me if the corsair sp220 speakers are worth buying. I can spend a little more but have seen these speakers for 37 pounds.

They are bass heavy, if you like that then they are fair. They only have tweeters and a sub so the midrange can be a bit muddy.
