Pc do not boot after cold wet night

My pc do not boot after a cold wet night, but if I have the dehumidifier running it will start just fine. I also test it by running a blow drier (sound silly)on the components and it started just fine. I just replaced my graphics card, clean the CPU, and all the heat sinks been repaste. I am so over this, please help! Thanx

PSU model and voltages ok.

Check your RAM seetings in bios, 336mhz isn't right. Memory should be at 800mhz minimum.

Temps look ok, even if they were taken from BIOS.
