I was looking for a graphics card but they are all expensive lol. I wanted a cheaper graphics card so I went on Newegg to look for one and i found a $65 GTX 470/465 which I dont really understand. I saw a lot other prices and they were much more expensive than the $65 one. So I'm wondering if this is some sort of rip-off. The ratings are 5/5 so can you guys please tell me if this is a rip or not?

lol it says vga cooler bro...its a fan that can be mounted on a 470/465....GTX card is sold separately...also if you look closely there is no graphic card in the picture

I guess its a good think you asked btw... made me laugh and you didn't waste you're money... win-win situation,

What is your budget and the rest of your system (especially power supply) and I (and others) will recommend you the best graphics card for the money to buy

That's just the cooler, it doesnt include a video card. It's similar to buying an aftermarket cooler to keep you CPU temperatures lower.

Oh I see.. Well I was just planning to upgrade a computer I bought. Specs are here.

I already decided on a cpu, mobo, and ram, but I'm still unsure about graphics card for a low price. My budget ranges from 140 and under for the gpu. I'm going to be playing starcraft 2 and I want at least high settings no lag 1600 x 900 resolution.

CPU - Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition

MOBO - ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GPU (that I thought about) - SAPPHIRE 100282XTREME Radeon HD 5850 Xtreme 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

PSU - Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

BTW, is this compatible with all my other things like my harddrive and stuff. Will this all fit into my case? Will I need another fan to keep it cool? (My house doesnt really get hot) I still want the CPU, but can I go cheaper with all the other things?
