i think a phenom 955 build would be better suited for your budget, but this board would be a better choice, (its USB3 and SATAIII):
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/259263

if you dont need USB3 and SATAIII then this board would be good:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/259267

this PSU would be a good choice too:
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/650W+or+less/500W+Corsair+Builder+Series+500CX+Power+Supply+?productId=42489
or this:
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/650W+or+less/500W+OCZ+StealthXStream+2+Power+Supply+?productId=40958
or even this at £48:
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/650W+or+less/600W+Corsair+Builder+Series+600CX+V2+Power+Supply+?productId=44572

the SE editions of the GTX460 are a quite a bit worse than actual GTX460s, this would be better at £113:
http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/MSI+GeForce+GTX+460+OC+1024MB+GDDR5+Graphics+Card+?productId=44316
the 6850 would be a nice choice too but its at £117:

gtx460 (NON SE VERSION!) vs the ati 6850:

everything else is great.
