3dmark06 +1090t = 3 fps?

hey guys. im using some benchmark programs to see before and afer when i get my new components. i ran 3dmark06 and all the tests where fine. except the cpu test 1 and 2. it was getting 1 to 3 fps? im running a 1090t... when it gave me my online score it said cpu mhz 761mhz... whats up with that?

Pretty sure that's the norm. You're not going to see smooth frame rates on those CPU tests.

Cool-n-quiet will knock you down to ~800mhz at idle.

Download CPU-Z and make sure the CPU is kicking up from idle clocks when you run some CPU-intensive programs.

Disable cool'n'quite in BIOS and test again.
