How can I tell if my laptop has a capture card?

I am looking to capture gameplay footage off my 360, and was wondering if my laptop has a capture card, I have an hdmi input on my laptop does that mean it is a capture card?

My video card is the radeon HD 4200.

Having an HDMI connection (which is an output only port) does not imply that you have a "capture card". That port allows you to connect your laptop to a HDMI capable monitor or HDTV.

If your laptop had a "capture card", it would be listed in your Device Manager (in Control Panel).
