It doesn't look as if that board has a USB 3 header that the cable needs to plug into. You can plug them into one of the USB2 headers on the board with an adaptor: http://www.corsair.com/parts/case-parts/corsair-carbide-granite-accessory-box.html
But you will only have USB2 speed.
