Radeon 6850--DVI-DVI or DVI-HDMI

Hello,

I just ordered an HIS Radeon 6850 and I'm trying to decide the best method of connection. My monitor has a DV-I (white) and VGA port and the video card has the following:

"Display Port Yes
HDMI Yes
DVI Upper Single-link DVI-D + Bottom Dual-link DVI-I
VGA No"

SO, I'm trying to understand the plethora of ports here and whether it is preferable or matters to go from DVI-DVI or instead DVI-HDMI (on the graphics card)

I would go just with DVI-DVI there is no reason to go HDMI unless you want to carry sound. (you can reserve that for your HD TV later)
