PC tune up

Hi guys my system is a few years old but still a decent build:
2 torqx ssd drives
2 geforce 260's
core i7 930
evga x58 triple SLI
Hx1000 watt power supply corsair

It has been feeling a little slow lately is there anything i can do to get it tuned up? i would not really like to buy any new parts unless it is necessary. thanks for the help

formatting the hard drives and reinstall windows [maybe ]
