Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H vs Asus P8Z77-V LK

Hi guys,

I am looking at these two motherboards, gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H and Asus P8Z77-V LK.

I would be overclocking the Cpu, 3570k with Hyper 212 evo and GPU, Msi TF3 7950. In future, i might also think about crossfire configuration. I dont know which would be a better option for me.

It's really a toss up between these two - they are so close. I would look at the port arrangement of each and choose the one that suits me best.

asus motherboard comes with realtek soundcard which gigabyte comes with via
