I think I need to re-load Windows XP on my laptop, can anyone tell me
what and how to backup/restore my Outlook files, or tell me where I can
find this information? Thanks

Microsoft knowledgebase has a procedure for it, but I just manually
copy the folders.
c:\documents and settings\whoeveruser\local settings\Application
Data\Identities

I copy anything and everything with a .pst extension - recording where
it went originally of course, so I can put it back.
