Below is my current configuration. I'm planning to add a BFG 9600GT as a dedicated PHYSX hardware.

CPU: i7-950
MOBO: GA-X58A-UD7
(rev 1.0)
GPU: Sapphire 6950 Toxic 2GB
COOLER: Corsair H50 (dual fan)
Memory: 12GB XM3 Cas7
PSU: Corsair HX850W
HDD: Intel 510 120GB SSD
500GB WD Caviar BLACK (3gb/s)
1 2TB WD Caviar BLACK (6gb/s)
1 2TB WD Caviar BLACK (3gb/s)
1 1TB WD Caviar BLACK (3gb/s)
CASE: CM Storm Sniper Black Edition
OS: Win 7 64-bit Ultimate
Additional : 2 Excalibur 120mm fan, normal 120mm fan and 2 200mm led fan from the case.

I've tried using some PSU calculator but some of the components I have was not there. So I tried to improvise and got a high PSU Watt requirements. Is this enough? And Will there be a head room for over clocking?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Easily. A 6950 needs about 12 - 15 amps. A 9600GT needs about 6 amps. Figure about 12 amps for the CPU. That's 30 to 33 amps or less than 400 watts. Figure about 100 watts for the motherboard and memory and another 100 watts for all the drives. Fans: another 20 watts.

I estimate total power consumption to be under 650 watts.
