Seriously. If you want some help, you need to be a bit more specific about what problem your having. Otherwise, we could guess all day long and not be anywhere close to resolving the issue.

What operating system are you running? Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, or some variance of linux/unix?
What (specifically) is your DVD drive not doing? Are you trying to play a movie? Is it reading CDs but not DVDs? Are you unable to open the drive?

Please provide more details.
