Ram not running at full speed?

I bought some DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) ram.. but for some reason Speccy is showing its only running at 665mhz, is there a reason for this? My specs are below

i5 2400 3.1ghz
4gigs DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)
H61 mobo
650w PSU
XFX HD 5770

667Mhz IS 1333 RAM so 665 sounds just about right. Just the way it should be.
