I have a GIGABYTE EX58-UD5 and it says I have Support for DDR3 2100+/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules. So would this memory work? (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2952375&csid=_61) (I record 1080p and edit Videos, So RAM is needed)

Also would 8gb Of that memory above be better (faster wise) then my OCZ Gold 1333MHz 12 GB RAM? (http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-ddr3-pc3-10666-gold-edition.html)

No. 12 gb is plenty; you won't get that much of a performance boost by getting higher rated dual channel ram; if you want to overclock, set the ram speed in manual mode below it's rated speed; for 1333 ram, set it to 800 or 1066 so when you overclock, the net speed will be 1333 which you can check with cpuz, which will register at 667 (when it's running at 1333).
