MSI Mainboard Warning?

Hello all..

I'm looking to buy a new motherboard, and while I'm browsing some models, I found that MSI have this warning on SOME of their main boards..

Can anyone explain this warning to me, and is that mean that this mobo is of a lower quality than one that dont have this warning?
