Add another Radeon 4870 or change cards

Hello,

I have a Radeon 4870 1gb and was considering adding another 4870 in crossfire because the performance increase is pretty huge when together.

Do you think I should do this + buy a crossfire motherboard or sell this card and put it towards a faster newer card?

My system specs are
Core I5 750
8gb DDR3
128gb SSD

I do all of my gaming on a 40" tv so I do not need to use Eyefinity.

Hello. Ok first, it depends on what games you want to run, because i have heard that not all games support crossfire. I would save up and buy a faster GPU. for about 300 budget the gtx 275 would be the way to go for performance and price. hope i helped

For a moment I thought that this was a necro thread but $300 for a gtx 275 is a LOT.

GTX 570 or 6950 then you are talking appropriate.
