4670 1gb(ddr3) or 4670(ddr4)?

im low on cash and i'm building a basic affordable decent gaming pc core i3 540 with asus p7h55-m and confused with graphic card frm belowsorry friends i can only afford the below card,suggest me better if any in same range:
Sapphire radeon hd 4670 1gb(ddr3) or
Sapphire radeon hd 4670 512ram(ddr4)???
Also Which budget psu 500w brand be good for this? Is iball ok??? Waiting badly for help

can u provide a link for this ddr4 4670? As far as I know all 4670s came with DDR3, the only card with faster memory in 4th gen were the 4770, 4870 and the 4890 and al of those came DDR5. I dont know of any card with DDR4.

Whats your Monitor Resolution? I'd go with the 1gb so if you are using a big monitor it'll be better for higher resolution and also my 500 watt PSU is pretty decent, it's a ThermalTake TR2 500 PSU, I'm running a AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+, 2gb Ram, Vapor-X 5750, and 160gb Harddrive
