Dell Dimension 9200 shutting down

Hello,
I have this Dell dual core 1.86ghz system that had been running fine. One day it shut down while in use. It would start back up after a minute or two but would cycle reboot after a short time. I tried removing hard drive and dvd drives. I replaced the power supply but no help. Wondering if this is a motherboard problem?

Any help would be great....

And yes it's usually a psu issue but you've done that.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't change the ram or the cpu. I will try changing both and see what happens. Again many thanks.

Not too sure what to look for with the capacitors. Can they be replaced it they are blown?
Would the system still start if they were blown?????
