A coolermaster hyper 212+ would probably work better than that expensive liquid cooling unit. The i5 2500k is better for gaming and is 60-90$ less. A samsung spinpoint would probably be cheaper and work pretty good compared to the caviar black. And you could probably get a z68 motherboard(Asus p8z68 idk what the gigabyte equivalent would be, but its also a good choice), z68 over p67 because of the better overclocking ability of the z68 and the intel smart response technology would use hdd caching on your ssd which would make everything run faster, and it would almost be like having your full disk drive with closer to ssd read/write speeds. Also you could get some ripjaws ram for a bit less, unless you got a good deal on the corsair ram :p If you implement some of these changes you could save enough to upgrade your graphics card to a 570 or 580 :D

Edit: Yes this will all work if you really have to go with it :p
