Corsair Enthusiast TX V2 Series 750-Watt compatibility Q&A.

I'm Trying to Cut down on spending as Much as possible on My Rig but i don't know if this power supply is compatible with my Mobo p67 Performance and i'm going to get I5 2500 next month. This Month i'm buying my case also the memory and Power Supply im on budget for atleast I'm planning on spending 350 this month
I want to buy atleast 3-4 components

#1 priority cooler master haf 932 advance $140
#2 my PSU which i need help picking i was looking at the Corsair Enthusiast TX V2 Series 750-Watt it does not say its certified for i5 sandy bridge but the enthusiast 750W Its going pretty cheap right now on there till the 15th i'm not sure if i should buy help me out guys :(

The TX V2 will work on any modern platform.
Don't pay attention to SB certified bullshit for power supplies it's some marketing monkey's idea.
