Ideal Graphic card and Psu for TA790GXE 128M

I need a psu and gpu for my 3d and video editing softwares (max,maya, blender and premiere, ae)
monitor 1600x900 (syncmaster 2033 samsung)
and the pc config is :

my budget for psu = <4000 INR & for Gpu =<6000 INR

I'm not a hard core gamer,

yes I played prototype, crisis, far cry on this mobo

and as I mentioned I seldom go beyond 1024x768 resolution during game play

yes I know the games don't provide all shadows and crisp modelling details on 1024X768

but that's not a problem for me.

I want to be future proof about it as it is quite hard to found a buyer for older GPU in my town and neighborhood.

then it's a crossfire mobo

I'm totally confused (nvidia = 3d & rendering works, ati= gaming but it is crossfire ready)

is ati not reliable at all for the 3d & rendering works?

help me out

There is nothing to be confused about.Both NVIDIA and AMD(formerly ATi) make good cards which are suitable for almost all applications.
