i need a help fom u dear

AMD sempron 140
asus m2n68 am se2 mother board
i gb ram
320 gb hd


if i watch movics , play games and even formatting xp """ a blue screen will appear . in that " memory management problem " is displayed

shall i replace 2gb ram ?
wht i do plzz tell me dears
