Asus p9x79 deluxe boot failure

Hi,i am new here and i just bought an i7-3930k,asus p9x79 deluxe,gtx670,ds corsair vengeance 2x4...i connected everything and the system won't boot!the dram led is continuesly on and FAIL to boot!i updated the bios to the latest version,followed the instructions but still the problel remains!!

please i need your help to boot my "machine" ,ii'm desperate!!! :OOO

Maybe the PSU voltage isnt enough?

Memory compatability issue? (just use one to try)
CPU temperature?
Video Card?
PSU?

What does the QLED read? Where do you have the CPU cooler's fan header connected? Try moving it. I had a similar issue. Also check to make sure your Memory is all the way in.
