Need Help With Graphic Card Installation

Hello,
Err, I tried reinstalling my graphic card...where I first uninstalled it..and then here comes the problem. I can't install it back. When I go to device manager, there's no sign of my graphic card under display adapters. Actually, there's no graphic adapters option. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hi a few questions first.
Whats your OS (operating system e.g win 7 32 bit)
what method did you use to uninstall it?
What graphics card ATI or nvidia?
If you "scan for hardware changes" on device manager does it not pick up your GPU?
okay answer these ones first as a starter for ten and we'll see what can be done.
