i have th ga 965p dqs rev1.0 nad was wonderin if it could handle this card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti 900MHz 1GB PCI-E HDMI or there will b any botle nek issue etc

You'll be fine as long as your CPU is fast enough not to bottleneck the GPU.
