Does this build seem reasonable

My son wants a system for music with raid 5 for under $700. I came up with this, but was not sure about compatibility of parts. He has keybord, mouse and monitor from his older system.

More about does build reasonable
  1. All you need is an operating system

Case - A case with plenty of options, airflow and places to hide wires.
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

PSU - The 750 was too much. 400 watts should be good for this setup but always double check. :)
    FSP Group AURUM GOLD 400W (AU-400) ATX12V /EPS 12V 80PLUS GOLD

Motherboard - This is ready for the new AMD Zambezi processors and can play Blu-Ray with the on board graphics if you have a blu-ray drive and player software.
ASUS M5A88-M AM3+ AMD 880G SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD

CPU - I picked this slightly cheaper unit to save money for future processor upgrades. AMD will release new processors soon (names are Zambezi, Bulldozer) save some money to get one.
    AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX250OCGMBOX

Hard Drive - at least 3 hard drives needed for RAID 5
Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

DVD Burner - ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM

    Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

The motherboard comes with 2 cables so get two more SATA cables for the extra hard drives. I think everything is safe but ask around before you decide.

    Total - $569
