Rate my Gaming PC!!

Hello, forum!

I'm doing my first Gaming PC, i don't know much how to, so i asked for advice to a friend and with a little research also, I've come to this build:

Micro: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache
Mo-Bo: ASUS P8P67-M (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866
Power Supply: Lian Li PS-A750GB 750w Maxima Force 80 Plus Bronze
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
GPU: XFX HD6950 2 GB DDR5 HD-695A-CNFC
Computer Case: Lancool Case PC-K58W ShadowFire Midtower with side Window

I know that my Case is cheap, but it's a very expensive machine in my country!

This built is made up for playing Battlefield 3 on the highest Settings available at 1920x1080, also BFBC2, COD:BO, World in Conflict, Empire Total War and Napoleon Total War at highest settings and resolution, Borderlands and Mass effect 3 when it comes out.

Thanks a lot!

More about rate gaming
  1. 5/5 should play everything on highest even crysis 2
  2. Throw in a SSD boot drive and it would be a good enthusiast machine.
  3. More than enough to play any game out there, but give the witcher 2 a try out, its quite demanding.. as for crysis 2... you can run that with a 9800gt full spec.. Ive got a I5 2400 3.1GHz quad and a gtx 560ti and i play BF3 full spec using 60% processor
  4. Looks good. Not sure if Lian-Li are good at PSUs? Perhaps look at one by Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Enermax, Be Quiet! or Silverstone.
  5. Delete this. This was made like a year ago.
