Hi there is there any suggestions on why my audio jack isn't working on the asrock g41m-vs3 v2 ?

Hi there is there any suggestions on why my audio jack isn't working on the asrock g41m-vs3 v2 ?

Same problem on a new Asrock pro 4. Wonder if its just a setting or what cause the hdmi audio works fine, and its not just the back analog audio, the front jack wont work either
