Thinking of buying motherboard, what does it mean by up to 512mb for video memor

it means the integrated gfx chip can use up to 512mb of your system memory for itself. If you plan to use a video card the onboard is disabled and you can install whetever vid card you want, 512, 1gb, 2gb. If you are planning to get a dedicated vid card, dont get this motherboard, get something without built in gfx.

thats what i plan on doing, but ive never had a computer with a motherboard without onboard graphics lol. im sort of a noob :p... also ive never had more than 2gb of ram :p
