Weighed down by my indecision...

I have been planning on building my own computer for about 3 months now. But, just as I was gonna buy it, I heard a bunch on new AMD chips where being released, and it looks like I am going to have to build a new computer.
SO, tom's hardware formum users, I plead for your help. I already have the GPU and PSU. I need a monitor, mouse, CPU, Mobo, HDD, Case, Ram. My querie is, should I wait until the Bulldozer chips release? And in the meantime, can someone be kind enough to build me a rig (excluding GPU, PSU, Keyboard and maybe CPU) for £400?

if your into overclocking or are thinking about trying it out your gonna need this. i have one and i love it. temps never get above 55C with a core voltage of 1.6V
