Can I Mix Cosair Xms 2gb DDR2-800 with Dynet 1gb DDr2-800 ? on Dg41rq MOBO ? And if possible at what Latency's and Volts...for safe overclock ?

The latency and volts for sets of memory should be the same to have a better chance of them working together. You'll have to do the comparison yourself.

Thnk you Abekel , I have set them to 5-5-5-15 on 1.8v for 800Mhz manually , As 1st there were Automatically set at 6-6-6-18 at 1.8v and 667 Mhz !
