GTS 450 on Older Dell 531

Hi

Have come to conclusion that i may as well invest in new PSU and more compitent GPU for Crysis than a card for a 305watt Psu

Do the above seem a sensible upgrade for my old home Dell Inspiron 531 desktop listed below , or is CPU too old and PCI Exp x16 v1.0 restrict it too much??

Any advice would be great
