yes the clock speed of your Phenom would choke it a little bit but only at lower resolutions. If you can overclock your Phenom to around 2.8-3.0ghz you would find that any bottleneck would go away. The sweet spot for resolutions at or about 1650-1080 is at least a dual core @ 3GHZ. The extra core will help you a ton with well optimized games but certain game engines like clock speed and not extra cores.

Yeah, a lot of games still use only two cores and in those especially your 2.1ghz is going to be an issue. What motherboard are you using? There is a good chance it can use AM3 processors.

Because my money is not enough to buy a graphics card and processor together
I can lift the frequency to 2.4 MHz speed is far enough
Please help fast

You should probably just get a cheaper/less powerful card that wont be so bottlenecked by the processor. Or perhaps even a weaker card AND a CPU upgrade which together may not cost much more than the HD6850.
What resolution will you be using, what power supply is in the system and again tell us the brand/model of the motherboard. If you don't know you can use a program like CPU-Z to find out.

resolution will be 1080p
the power supply is GIGABYTE 550 w
my motherboard is GIGABYTE ma78gm -us3h

If this is your motherboard(I'm not seeing an us3h, just us2h) it can handle all current AMD cpus with a BIOS update which is good;

How much can you spend? If you would like to keep it at or under $200 then the combo of an Athlon II x4 and something like an HD5770 will probably give you the best performance.
You could overclock this;

and pair it with this;

Or if you are willing to spend more you can get this HD5850 which is actually both cheaper and faster than the HD6850 you were looking at;

and/or a Phenom II x4;

Either of the processors linked should easily OC up to 3.3ghz or higher. The HD5850 can also OC a ton usually.

Please try to understand me I is not even enough money, bought a processor now
I want graphics that will be bought the 6850
Thank you very much for your interest in the topic
I will ask for 6850 within days, and raised the estimated processor to 2.4, now will be sufficient to buy another processor at an early time
