Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz running @ 1333MHz

I recently bought a gaming rig with Corsair memory @ 1600MHz but it's running @ 1333MHz how can i solve this?
My specs are:

CPU: i7-3770K
MOBO: asus p8z77-v PRO
Memory: Corsair vengeance 8gb 1600MHz
GPU: GTX 670

1600 ram is 1333 ram that can be overclocked to 1600 speed.
In the bios, you should have options to set the speed to 1600.

But, don't expect any improvement of importance in gaming or app performance(vs. synthetic benchmarks). 1fps perhaps?
It may not be worth the bother. Read this on ram speed scaling:

Simple, BIOS AI Overclock Tuner -> XMP and save.

i have the same RAM, and when i try to set it to 1600MHz it doesn't take and my system wont boot :(

Then up the CPU IMC voltage (QPI/VTT, VCCIO, VCCSA, CPU-NB) 1.20v. Use the right DIMM Slots.
