Motherboard: ASUS P6X58D Premium
RAM: Corsair 6 Gb 1333
GPU: 2x GTX 570
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
HDD: Samsung 500 Gb
HP DVD Writer

Unless you have an Antec - Twelve Hundred ,P183,P193,or DF-85 you can eliminate the CP-850.
I have an HX-750 and it has been stellar for 3yrs.
I would get the Seasonic out of that list.
Regardless you need an 850W psu to run 2x570

I'd recommend the Antec HCP 850 and the Seasonic 850. Both quality PSUs. Both gold rated. I'd buy the cheaper.

I saw the reviews on this power supply and you would not have any problems with it.

I also had a problem with choosing and after months i found that coolermaster is the best option

Stay away from thermaltake! They have awesome boxes and fans but not psu's!
