Cpu signal not dected by moniter

the cpu siganl is not dected by the moniter.i ve tried using different moniter but the problem is the sane

Try another GPU instead of the Onboard IGP. If you're using and GPU already, then unplug your monitor from the GPU and try booting up with the onboard IGP.
If the you see boot post on the screen enter BIOS and enable the correct Display Adapter sequence and then go back to the GPU to check.
